What exactly is included in the monthly content package? Each month you receive 30 professional product photos, 10 video reels, 60 story slides, 30 feed posts, all captions and hashtags, a monthly content calendar, props and styling, creative direction, and a strategy session.

Is there a minimum commitment period? Yes, our monthly packages require a minimum 3-month commitment. This allows us to develop a cohesive strategy, build momentum, and see meaningful results.

Can I cancel or pause my monthly package? After the initial 3-month commitment, you can cancel with 30 days notice. We can pause services for up to 1 month (for holidays, inventory issues, etc.) with advance notice.

What if I need to adjust the package mid-contract? We can adjust package levels (upgrade or downgrade) with one month's notice, ensuring the change aligns with billing cycles and content planning.

Content Creation Questions

Do you provide the model for photos and videos? Yes, the photographer (me) is available as a model for product photography, lifestyle shots, and video content at no additional cost. Professional models can be arranged for specific needs.

Can I request specific types of content each month? Absolutely. During monthly strategy sessions we discuss your priorities, upcoming products, campaigns, and specific content needs for that month.

What if I don't like some of the content? We share previews during the month for feedback before finalization. Minor revisions are included. Major reshoot requests may incur additional fees.

How far in advance is content created? Content is typically created and delivered 1-2 weeks before the month begins, giving you time to review and us time to make any adjustments.

Do I need to send products every month? Initially yes, we need your products for the first photography session. We can keep products for ongoing monthly content or you can send specific items for seasonal campaigns.

When do you need information about new products? Ideally, we need new product information and samples 2-3 weeks before the month begins to incorporate into content planning and creation.

How are monthly strategy sessions conducted? Sessions are typically 30-60 minutes via video call, scheduled at a mutually convenient time each month to review performance and plan ahead.

What happens if you're sick or unavailable? We build buffer time into content creation schedules. In rare cases of emergency, we communicate immediately and work out solutions—whether rescheduling or adjusting that month's deliverables.

Posting & Management Questions

Do you actually post the content or just provide it? Our base package provides all content ready for you to post. We offer full posting and community management as an add-on service for an additional fee.

Can you schedule posts in advance? Yes, we can deliver content with a recommended posting schedule, and you can use scheduling tools to automate posting (or add our management service).

What about responding to comments and DMs? Basic packages don't include community management. We offer this as an add-on service where we monitor and respond to comments and messages on your behalf.

Do you provide analytics and performance reports? Yes, we provide monthly performance reports showing key metrics, top-performing content, and recommendations for optimization.

Pricing & Payment Questions

Why is monthly content more cost-effective than ad-hoc services? Monthly retainers provide better value through volume discounts, consistent workflow efficiency, strategic planning benefits, and no repeat briefing or onboarding time.

What are the payment terms? Payment is due monthly in advance (1st of each month). We require the first month upfront to begin services, then monthly billing thereafter.

Are there setup fees? No setup fees. The first month's payment covers initial strategy development, brand understanding, and first month's content creation.

Can I upgrade or add services mid-month? Additional services can be added anytime and will be billed proportionally for the current month, then included in the following month's invoice.

Which social media platforms does the content work for? Content is optimized primarily for Instagram (feed, stories, reels) and can be adapted for TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms.

Can you create platform-specific content? Yes, while most content works cross-platform, we can create platform-specific content (Pinterest pins, TikTok-only trends, etc.) as part of strategy.

What file formats do you provide? Images in JPEG (high-res and web-optimized), videos in MP4 format, with multiple aspect ratios suitable for different platforms and placements.
